
Bartender finds $20 bill, wins $1 million California lottery with it
A Bay Area man who discovered a $20 bill on a road outside San Francisco International Airport utilized it to play the California lottery and won $1 million, a lottery representative said on Monday.
Hubert Tang utilized the fortunate bill to purchase two scratcher tickets at a store close to the air terminal on Wednesday and won the top prize with one of them, lottery representative Greg Parashak said.
“I scratched the ticket outside of the store. I told my companion who I was with that I didn’t know whether it was genuine at the same time, ‘I think I simply won a million dollars,'” Tang said.
Tang, a barkeep at the airplane terminal, had not played the lottery in around 10 years prior to utilizing the discovered cash to purchase two tickets.
Tang said he didn’t yet have gets ready for the cash, however clowned that he may utilize it to put $20 bills in irregular spots for other fortunate players to discover, as per the lottery.
