
The Bombay High Court on Monday deferred the hearing on performing artist Salman Khan’s 2002 attempt at manslaughter case till July 20.
Khan, who got a rest in the attempt at manslaughter case after the Bombay High Court stayed his five-year conviction, was prior coordinated to submit Rs. two lakh as money security before leaving the nation for a show.
A criminal court had before declared guilty for at fault murder on charges that he lost control of his auto when driving affected by liquor in 2002 and smashed into a gathering of individuals considering an asphalt.
Khan denies being in the driver’s seat, repudiating the affirmation of a few witnesses.
The performing artist’s driver had in March said that he was driving the vehicle amid the mishap.
