Brothers Scores Knock Out With 50 Crore Weekend

Brothers, which features Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra as estranged siblings pitted against each other, has amassed Rs 52.08 crores in its opening weekend in India.

The action packed family drama collected Rs 15.45 crores at the box office on Sunday, August 16.

Brothers shows Akshay and Sidharth taking part in a mixed martial arts tournament.

Directed by Karan Malhotra, the film is presented by Fox Star Studios. Produced by Dharma Productions the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff.
