Actress Sonakshi Sinha says her first action sequence for the upcoming film ‘Akira’ has left her tired. The 27-year-old ‘Rowdy Rathore’ actress, however, admitted it was an exciting scene. Sonakshi Sinha spotted shooting for her upcoming film, Akira. The actress was seen sitting in the middle of a street while actors dressed as cops kept a huge crowd of actors at bay. Akira is the Hindi remake of 2011’s Tamil film, Mounaguru.
Sonakshi Sinha is an Indian actress who works in Bollywood. The daughter of actors Shatrughan and Poonam, she began her career in film as a costume designer.
“Just finished my 1st ever action sequence for #AKIRA! Exciting and exhausting!!! So tired but the adrenaline still pumping, bring it on,” tweeted Sonakshi. Her role is that of an intense character, but a misunderstood girl who is forced to fight back when she is put in a corner. The film, which is an emotional thriller, will also see Sonakshi performing some lethal action for the first time on the celluloid screen. The movie highlights a strong social message and it focusses on the safety of women, the burning issue which the country is currently facing.
“I have been training hard and being innovative. Learning something new for a film is cool and a fun thing and very very exciting. I am just going with the flow. I am enjoying what I am learning and trying to do my best,” she said.

“Akira” will be the first time Sonakshi will be seen sharing screen space with her actor-politician father Shatrughan Sinha. Akira will be shot in Mumbai, Pune and Rajasthan.
