Drink lots of water: Replace soft drinks or fizzy drinks for water. Water is the best way to rehydrate your skin and energise your muscles. Add lemon and you will be on track to a healthier you. Lemon water boosts your immune system, it helps with wrinkles and generally hydrates and energises you naturally.
Beauty through the ages: Apply curdled milk to your skin as it was thought to cure acne. Also Cucumber doesn’t just have to be used for tired eyes, its juice seemingly has the power to remove your freckles. Apparently boiling nettles removes the sting and once applied to your face, it produces a smooth, even complexion.
