Lightning kills 3 in Chhattisgarh

Three persons, including a lady, were murdered and four others harmed subsequent to being struck by lightning at a town in Chhattisgarh’s Jashpur area.

The casualties were working in a paddy field in Dongardaha town under Tumla police headquarters constrains yesterday when the lightning struck them.

Every one of them were sowing paddy in the field when it began raining intensely taking after which they ran towards a shed to take cover.

Around then, the lightning struck, slaughtering three of them on the spot and leaving four others harmed, the authority said.

Not long after the occurrence, different villagers surged the harmed to neighborhood healing facility where they were experiencing treatment, he said.

The perished were recognized as Dharam Ram Bhagat (38), Rakesh Yadav (28) and Urmila Bhagat (22).

A case was enrolled in this association, he said, including that further test was.
