Mumbai Audi accident, Lawyer had 4 times more alcohol than permissible level, report says

Mumbai Audi accident. There is more inconvenience for corporate promoter Janhavi Gadkar who under impact of liquor drove on the wrong heading and smashed into a taxi executing two persons and harming four others. The Forensic Science Laboratory have send a report of her blood liquor content (BAC) which is four times past admissible farthest point.

The legal limit of blood alcohol content (BAC) or blood alcohol concentration is 0.03% or 30mg per 100ml of blood. If a person driving a car has a BAC level higher than that, he/she can be booked under Sec 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, which consists of imprisonment up to six months or fine up to Rs 2,000 or both.

According to the FSL report the BAC of Janhavi is around 120 mg which is further corroborating the evidence that she drank six small pegs of whisky at Hotel Marine Plaza. In the fresh development the police have also found that after her friend Dutta left, she went to Irish pub and there too she consumed liquor. “We have got cctv footage at the pub where Janhavi is seen entering but now we are trying to find out whether there too she consume few pegs,” said an officer.
