Myanmar’s Foreign Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin approached Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Wednesday.
“Morning with Myanmar. PM @narendramodi meets U Wunna Maung Lwin, Foreign Minister of Myanmar,” Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) official representative Vikas Swarup tweeted.
Maung Lwin, who is without further ado on a four-day visit to India, arrived yesterday to participate in the first India-Myanmar Joint Consultative Commission meeting. He is driving an abnormal state designation to India for the meeting.
The Myanmar Foreign Minister will co-seat the Joint Consultative Commission (JCC) meeting alongside External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
