Pakistan Rangers Restore Unprovoked Firing In Jammu Region

Unprovoked firing at Indian posts on international border by Pakistan Rangers continued on Thursday morning also, forcing Indian troops to retaliate.

“Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing using small arms in the Pargwal area of the Jammu district,” told a police officer. The officer said three BSF outposts were affected due to the firing.

“Pakistan firing started at 11.50 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday) night for a brief period, but today (Thursday) morning at 4 a.m., Pakistan Rangers started firing again which continued till 5.55 a.m.,” The Border Security Force (BSF) troopers gave befitting reply, he added.
