
Ingredients :
1. 250 gm bhindi
2. 1 small bowl of water
3. 7-8 Tbsp mustard oil
4. 1 tsp jeera seeds
5. 1 tsp fennel seeds
6. 1 small bowl chopped onions
7. 1 tsp chopped ginger.
8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
9. Salt
10. 1 tsp fennel powder
11. 1 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
12. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
13. 1/2 tsp sugar
14. 1 tsp lime juice
Method of Spicy Bhindi recipe
1. Heat oil add jeera and fennel seeds
2. Add onions and lightly brown them.
3. Add ginger into pan and some water in to it, stir it continously
4. Add the turmeric powder to the mixture and stir again.
5. Mix the bhindi in the masala.
6. Add the salt.
7. Put fennel powder, amchoor powder and sugar.
8. Mix again the whole and sprinkle the pepper powder.
9. Add the lime juice into it according to taste, stir well and serve.
